Transform your life

In our first session, we will determine what goals you want to achieve (mentally and physically) and formulate attainable action plans. I will support you by providing guidance, encouragement, and holding you accountable to your word.

We will work together for 6 months. During these 6 months you can set up new intentions and habits and then have time to fully integrate them into your life. 6 months is the optimal period of time to sustain a practice.

No more quick fixes, diets that don’t work or aren’t sustainable. No more calorie counting, energy crashes and being unhappy with your life.

We will focus on food and exercise but most importantly on your mental health. It is so important to work on the mind first and you will see that the rest will pretty much just fall into place.

In our 12 one on one sessions together we will cover topics like working through limiting beliefs, mindset shifts (that will help you go from an unhappy stressed life to a fulfilled life that you are grateful for every day), habits to create, improving all aspects of your life, intuitive eating (learning to understand what your body needs and reach your fitness and weight goals through a non-restrictive, abundant way of eating), and so much more.
